5 Morgan Academy players to take part in AISA All-Star football match – The Selma Times ‑ Journal
The Morgan Academy will be strongly represented at the AISA All-Star football match.
Quarterback Andrew Thomas, linebacker Andrew Morris, linebacker Trey Jones and offensive lineman Hunter Sheehan and cheerleader Maggie Holladay have been selected to play in the AISA All-Star football game on Friday night.
Kicks off at 6:30 p.m. at the Cramton Bowl in Montgomery.
Morgan Academy football coach Danny Raines said he was delighted to see the players go head to head in a final warm-up match.
“I’m so glad these kids get to play in the All-Star Game,” Raines said. “It’s a very enriching experience. They have all had great careers and really deserve to be selected to play in the game. ”
